  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive treasury operations experience is required.
  • Experience managing corporate and fiduciary investment portfolios, including regulatory portfolio management and fiduciary oversight, is required.
  • A track record of leading treasury system implementations, process improvements, and change management initiatives is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic oversight of substantial corporate and fiduciary cash investment portfolios, maximizing returns while maintaining prudent risk management across multiple market conditions.
  • Drive treasury operational transformation and modernization through Quantum Treasury Management System Phase 2 enhancements, including workflow automation, artificial intelligence-enabled analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing treasury operations team and establish a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strategic banking partnerships that optimize financial services and support treasury objectives.
  • Shape comprehensive treasury reporting and financial analytics to inform senior leadership decisions on cash management, investment strategy, and financial risk.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and business leadership on enterprise-wide projects that drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or equivalent graduate degree is preferred.
  • Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association for Financial Professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
  • Advanced treasury and cash management expertise, including investment instruments, foreign exchange markets, and banking and cash management products.
  • Experience with daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and cash optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience with Quantum, Bloomberg, Oracle, or similar financial systems.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence and automation capabilities and their application to treasury operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and internal compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and talent development experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and business leaders.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on treasury industry trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including building executive-ready presentations, analyzing data, and improving productivity.
