Responsibilities
  • Implement and operate the next generation of Cybersecurity solutions for federal government agencies and departments as a leader of a large-scale client engagement
  • Oversee analysis and deliverable execution for the development and maintenance of program-defined outcomes and success metrics
  • Recommend industry best practices to define and govern program-wide business and development processes
  • Drive a comprehensive strategy in collaboration with other team leaders to build a dynamic, agile organization that can respond quickly to ad hoc demands while maintaining the necessary quality levels
  • Institute strategic approaches and advise customers in overcoming their most difficult challenges, accomplishing mission objectives through program objectives
  • Identify, highlight, and manage risk to successful outcomes from firm and client perspectives
  • Be responsible for troubleshooting the CDM data pipeline, implementing resolutions, and leading knowledge transfers with end users and stakeholders
  • Perform data analysis for anomalies and trends and build dashboards highlighting key data trends
  • Deliver deployment and management support for common Cyber tools, spanning security, performance, and operational roles
  • Be familiar with the artifacts and data dictionary that support the backbone of data reporting via CDM
  • Become familiar with the customer's technical environment and act as the primary technical point of contact for integration related activities
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Cyber Security tools and technologies such as Cisco ISE, Forescout, BigFix, Tenable, ARMIS, Splunk, Cribl Stream, or Elastic Stack
  • Knowledge of federal information security policies and risk management processes for enterprise systems
  • Ability to be patient with a friendly demeanor, even under stressful circumstances
  • Possession of strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Possession of excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Engineering, or a related field
