Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- 8+ years of experience in sales
- 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the high tech software industry
- Proven track record of consistent success as an ISR/BDR individual contributor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced selling environment and drive high velocity performance
- Participation in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
- Proven track record of increased team performance and production
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
Responsibilities
- Motivate, manage, coach and scale a team of 12+ inside sales representatives
- Coach team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Act as a role model and leader within the sales organization
- Measure activity metrics and success criteria, regularly report ongoing progress achievements, and use the data to identify areas for coaching optimize team performance
- Work closely with BAO's client service leaders to deliver excellent results to our clients
- Maintain the BAO team culture of success, accountability, purpose and fun
