Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming enrollment support calls
  • Log cases and handle administrative tasks such as email campaigns to clients
  • Perform payer follow-up with outreach to payers to verify status of pending enrollments
  • Interpret, communicate, and direct information appropriately
  • Provide general support to management and department personnel
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
  • Fulfill responsibilities provided by the employer
