Responsibilities:The internship program will run from early June to mid-August. Summer internsarerequiredtoworkaminimumof40hoursaweek.Jobresponsibilitiesmayinclude:designingandbuildingquantitativemodelsandapplyingeconometricanalysistoeconomicandfinancialdata;valuationanalyses;reviewing,summarizing,andanalyzingindustrytrends;creatingtrialexhibitsandpresentationmaterials;writingcodeforcomplexdataanalysis;participatinginclientmeetings;anddraftingmemosandexpertreports.Thereislittletonotravelinvolved withtheposition.
SummerResearcherQualifications:NERAwelcomescandidateswhoareaBAoraBSinanymajor, or a Masters Degree, graduating by Summer 2027toapply.Asaqualifiedcandidate youshouldbeabletodemonstrateexceptionalanalyticalandcriticalthinkingskillsandmustbedetail-oriented,haveexceptionalcommunicationskills,andworkwellonteams.Strongcourseworkand/orexperienceinfinance,economics,accounting,statisticalanalysis/econometrics,andcomputerprogrammingarealldesirable.
