Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Report to the housekeeping office at the beginning of the shift, pick up and sign out a key, and return the key at the end of the shift.
  • Clean and maintain assigned rooms and suites daily, including stripping beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, checking room lights and televisions, spot cleaning, and stocking room supplies.
  • Report missing items from rooms and suites.
  • Report items needing repair to the supervisor and maintain equipment used in the work.
  • Protect guest safety and well-being and remain courteous to guests and co-workers.
  • Keep doors closed while cleaning for safety and security.
  • Take lost-and-found items to the housekeeping office promptly.
