This position
DocuSign is seeking a Technical Program Manager Intern to help us evolve the standardization and develop reusable assets for the way we plan, execute, and track product programs that facilitate delivering software customers love. As the Technical Program Manager Intern, you will analyze and solve complex problems that support rallying the organization around a strategy, vision, and delivering the highest priority investments. This role will dig into one of our key strategic areas to build tools which help efficiently operate and deliver products. You are an enthusiastic analyst who is hungry for a challenge and eager to make an impact and will play a critical role in realizing DocuSign’s vision of driving digital transformation for businesses around the world.
During this 12 week internship, the Technical Program Manager Intern at DocuSign will drive projects spanning multiple disciplines, potentially including post merger integration, building product roadmap tools, and launching products into new industry verticals.
This is an individual contributor reporting to Principal Program Manager, DocuSign Agreement Cloud Program Management and is designated Flex.
Responsibilities
- Work on 1-3 projects that are tailored to your interests and skill set, with potential deliverables including streamlined tooling for product roadmaps and new product opportunity assessment process
- Participate in a combination of problem analysis, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, executive influence - including product leadership presentations, recommendations with operational implications, scalability focus - considering automation and/or tooling
- Perform in-depth analysis and communicate key insights to relevant stakeholders on a regular cadence
- Determine high-impact deliverables and provide recommendations that have the potential to influence DocuSign’s path long after you leave
- Learn about our planning and operations processes, pushing yourself to take chances and explore big ideas before narrowing in on feasible solutions that consider the small details
- Know how our partners work, including product management, engineering, user research, product marketing and other functions across the org
- Utilize all available data points at your disposal, such as analytics and user research
- Contribute to a creative, supportive culture for the entire Product Development team
Basic qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field be enrolled during the term of the internship
- Comfort with technology and familiarity with the software-as-a-service industry
- Passion for operational excellence and continuous process improvement

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado hourly pay range for individuals pursuing an undergraduate degree: $38/hour - $39/hour and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
