Responsibilities
  • Manage IP portfolio
  • Lead all corporate paralegal matters
  • Assist in preparation of new patent applications
  • Assist in developing strategies for responding to patent office actions
  • Assist in patent continuation and divisional strategies
  • Assist outside counsel with Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses
  • Review third-party patents for potential licensing opportunities
  • Review competitor products for possible infringement
  • Assist in infringement analyses
  • Assist with drafting corporate governance documents
  • Manage state qualifications and filings for compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage and organize the Legal department's document repository and intranet website
  • Provide day-to-day support to the legal team
