Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience working with students in a university setting in advising, recruitment, marketing, or student services.
  • Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.

Responsibilities
  • Serve students at all stages of the study abroad cycle and support successful integration of study abroad into their academic plan.
  • Help students within designated academic departments identify and plan for global learning opportunities that align with academic objectives and requirements.
  • Facilitate various areas of program administration across program types and support programming sponsored by academic departments in the designated portfolio.
  • Actively engage in outreach and recruitment efforts, collaborating strategically with faculty and staff in designated academic departments and student services units.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience living, working, and/or studying abroad
  • Experience with TerraDotta or other Education Abroad management software
  • Proficiency in a foreign language
  • Knowledge of academic and international programs
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform outcomes, process improvements, or decision-making
