PeakMade Real Estate is a diversified real estate services firm based in Atlanta that offers property management, development, and consulting for conventional multifamily and student housing. Its products are integrated services: property management to operate and maintain existing properties, development to plan and build new projects, and consulting to guide strategy and investment decisions. The company works by coordinating these services under one roof to execute strategies that align with partners’ long-term investment goals, with a focus on community and collaboration rather than short-term gains. PeakMade differentiates itself from competitors by combining multiple real estate disciplines in a single, partner-aligned approach and by prioritizing long-term investment outcomes and community foundations over isolated transactions. The goal is to help partners grow stable, well-managed, and thoughtfully developed portfolios of multifamily and student housing properties over time.
