Requirements
  • Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • 5+ years of relevant CAD experience
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS and geometric functions
  • General understanding of construction material and practices
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of current state/county standards and specifications procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Produce drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit for Water Resources projects
  • Prepare GIS exhibits for design and planning studies
  • Perform quantity computations and checks
  • Read and interpret schematic and construction plans
  • Apply basic engineering standards to plan development and layout
  • Ensure project designs comply with design specifications and regulations
  • Complete tasks within allocated budget and schedule
  • Perform related work as required
