We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and resolve complex cases
Assist in onboarding new clients by providing information and support
Monitor feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Perform administrative tasks related to customer service as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
