Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Knowledge of UX methodologies and usability principles.
  • Ability to communicate and work in an Agile mode with different teams and departments.
  • Bilingual English proficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a UX Designer for the design and improvement of business tools, internal applications, and operationally valuable platforms.
  • Support clients with the digitalization of their processes and the optimization of user experience in complex environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI Designers, developers, and subject-matter experts within an Agile framework.
  • Conduct the full UX process, from understanding user needs through solution validation.
  • Analyze usage, business constraints, and existing processes to design effective, intuitive interfaces adapted to end-user needs.
  • Apply a user-centric approach while integrating the operational, technical, and business objectives of projects.
  • Conduct user research through interviews, field observations, ergonomic audits of existing applications, and user-journey analysis.
  • Identify pain points, formalize needs, and propose improvement areas.
  • Monitor UX best practices and market solutions.
  • Facilitate co-design, journey-mapping, ideation, and prioritization workshops with business teams and stakeholders.
  • Design user journeys, information architecture, and navigation paths.
  • Create user flows, zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts before development.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user tests to measure the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Formulate ergonomic recommendations and support product teams in continuous improvement.
