Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in science. An equivalent combination of higher education and experience to be considered.
  • 8+ years of relevant QC analytical testing experience.
  • Proficient leadership in project execution.
  • 4+ years of experience directly with flow cytometry within industry.
Responsibilities
  • Leads projects, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) and deviation/investigation related tasks and/or continuous improvement efforts.
  • Acts as a subject matter resource supporting method transfer/validation and routine testing of in-process, final product and stability samples.
  • Applies technical knowledge, regulatory requirements and scientific principles to perform troubleshooting and problem solving for non-routine, complex issues.
  • Reviews and approves laboratory investigations.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in technical area techniques, leading method transfer/validation and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
  • Conceptualizes and leads complex projects, corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs), deviations and continuous improvement efforts.
