Requirements
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ months of experience in Systems Administration, Automation, IT DevOps
Responsibilities
  • Working on EC Windows Server, Web and Database teams to support EC Design Enablement environment
  • Providing operational support to EC design customers (incidents, service requests)
  • Assisting with execution of various technical global projects
  • Data analysis to drive optimization of the support model and/or process improvements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (Windows Server, MSSQL and MySQL databases, IIS and Apache web hosting, Hyper-V Virtualization, Storage)
  • Writing documentation (step by step instructions, flow diagrams)
