- A high school diploma is required.
- Two years of insurance experience, preferably in an agency, is required.
- A Property and Casualty license is required, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- Legal work authorization to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future is required.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
- Work with other department members to meet customers’ service needs.
- Process changes, perform rating, and accurately enter client data.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- An insurance designation such as INS, AAI, or CISR, or equivalent knowledge, is preferred.
