Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, compliant with GSA standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, or logistics.
  • Advanced ability to create, implement, and analyze key Supply Chain Risk Management metrics, data collection methodologies, and data validation methodologies.
  • Advanced ability to apply Department of War and Intelligence Community guidance and commercial best practices to identify, assess, and mitigate complex supply chain risks throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing online training, training plans, and communications strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust Supply Chain Risk Management program in accordance with Department of War and Intelligence Community policies, ensuring Supply Chain Risk Management considerations are embedded in procurement and contracting actions.
  • Support technology updates and modernization by verifying that new hardware and software components are sourced from trusted suppliers.
  • Engage with industry and leverage industry best practices to develop process improvement solutions and assist the organization in collecting and disseminating Supply Chain Risk Management best practices and lessons learned.
  • Compare National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Supply Chain Risk Management benchmarks with similar government and industry organizations to identify applicable business process best practices, and deliver reports on lessons learned, best practices, and applicability.
  • Develop and implement strategic performance measures, metrics, data collection methodologies, and data validation and analysis methodologies.
  • Develop Supply Chain Risk Management strategies, tactics, communication methods, and processes to inform key audiences about changes, create buy-in, gain understanding, and transition the organization while increasing stakeholder engagement.
  • Review and assess current Supply Chain Risk Management governance processes and automate processes where appropriate.
  • Recommend innovative and more efficient methods to improve National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency acquisition processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above in Supply Chain Risk Management, or equivalent directly relatable education and work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing online training, training plans, and communications strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience executing governance and oversight support for senior management, including planning and execution.
