  • 7+ years of experience designing digital products
  • Sharp attention to detail and mastery over visual design, interaction design, system design, and prototyping
  • Proficient in managing the design process (end-to-end) from concept through implementation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design thinking and delivery process from start to end
  • Turn insights from user research into ideas, sketches, and prototypes
  • Independently manage complex projects, navigating from problem identification to solution delivery
  • Collaborate with the EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) team to contribute to and align with the product roadmap
  • Forge strong partnerships with Product Management and Engineering
