Responsibilities
  • Develop a facilities management procurement strategy with the Construction GSM
  • Develop strong stakeholder support and cooperation on assigned projects
  • Develop pre-approved supplier list
  • Synthesize supplier, industry, and market research for assigned commodities
  • Administer and answer Requests for Information (RFI’s)
  • Support commodity business planning and savings
  • Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships
  • Identify and support negotiations of commercial cost reduction opportunities
  • Coordinate and execute Purchase Orders and Work Authorization
