Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with staff across the organization on business enablement special projects and initiatives
  • Prepare and manage executive-level reports, talking points, presentations and agendas
  • Support executive briefings and board related meetings
  • Maintains prioritized action plans for the Head of ISG, pending deliverables, while addressing appropriate items themselves
  • Prepares Head of ISG for and follows up on internal and external meetings. When needed, participates directly in meetings and follows up with the relevant parties
  • Coordinate internal executive ISG communications, employee engagement, ISG leadership meetings and ISG staff events
  • Acts as trusted advisor to the head of ISG providing insights and recommendations.
