Program Summary:

Lennar’s Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship beginning in June, in which Associates apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world projects and challenges. The program will facilitate participants’ development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position Associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding. Upon program completion, high-performing interns may return to Lennar as part of the Corporate Human Resources Rotational Program.

Responsibilities:  

• Support internal video production team, Lennar News Network, on a variety of video and still photography projects
• Assist with the logging of LNN video archives
• Assist with the ingesting and archiving of newly shot video and still material
• Help with the set up and removal of video and still production sets
• Provide support to the video production team where needed

Requirements:

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, journalism or similar
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and others
• Ability to plan and manage projects
• Ability to compile and analyze metrics to identify trends and efficiencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.  Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds.  Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.  Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.  Standing is required for filing and copying.
