  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, project)

  • Proficient at writing Statement of Works
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment

  • H.S. Diploma with 3+ years of experience.
  • Desire certifications in CCURE 9000, Avigilon Video, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Server 2008
  • 2-3 years’ experience using PAC Systems (Software House, Honeywell, RS2, Etc.); CCTV Systems (Avigilon, Genetec, Axis, Etc.); IDS (DMP, DSC, Honeywell, Etc.)
  • 2-3 years’ experience working on low voltage systems
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must have be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. Current active Top Secret clearance/SCI with polygraph is desired.
Responsibilities
  • Support Installation and support physical security systems throughout Multiple Campuses
  • Resolve system issues for physical security systems and networks
  • Programming and integrating CCTV , Access Control Systems, Public Announcement, Intercom, IDS and others as required
  • Using knowledge of networking principals and system administration skills to troubleshoot systems
  • Train system users and other system support personnel
  • Analyze and modify preventive maintenance checklists for system changes
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions
  • Perform preventive maintenance actions including system back-ups, error log reviews, database size and integrity checks
  • Organize and prepare detailed documentation of system performance, including service request records and analysis
  • Provide onsite system support post deployment
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Ensure test lab equipment is maintained
  • Interface with engineering team to ensure design efficiency
  • Conduct research and development of system solutions
  • Communicate with stakeholders, manufacturers, vendors
  • Creation of SOP and SOW documentation
  • Read blue prints, schematics and statements of work (SOW)
  • Coordinate with field personnel and/or engineering team to discuss any potential installation issues
  • Answer support calls to help field personnel and system administrators with any installation issues encountered on the job site
  • Follow standard project management processes
  • Provide updates to gant charts
  • Installation Support, Programming, and Maintenance of security systems to adhere to compliance requirements listed in UL2050, ICD705, and NISPOM
  • Ownership of all UL systems to include semi-annual UL inspections and documentation
  • Other duties as required
