Requirements
  • A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Two to five years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, organizational design, management consulting, or a related analytical role is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and modeling, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze current workforce data, including headcount, skills, roles, costs, and attrition, to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities.
  • Support workforce planning models that forecast future talent needs based on business strategy, technology adoption, and market trends.
  • Assess the impact of automation, artificial intelligence, and process changes on roles, skill requirements, and staffing levels.
  • Develop skills taxonomies and competency frameworks to support reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to design organizational structures aligned with strategic goals.
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to track workforce transformation key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.
  • Support change management efforts, including communication plans, training needs assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research on workforce trends, labor market shifts, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in developing business cases for workforce restructuring, redeployment, or reduction initiatives.
  • Document processes, playbooks, and standard methodologies for workforce transformation projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • A master's degree in a related field or a human resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter's model.
  • Exposure to workforce automation, artificial intelligence impact assessments, or future-of-work research.
  • A consulting background in organizational transformation or workforce strategy.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python for advanced workforce modeling.
