Job Title: On call Brand Ambassador (Event-Based)

Job Summary:

We are hiring 2 Team Leads to represent TheraBreath at the Royal Winter Fair. This is a high-energy, consumer-facing role ideal for outgoing individuals who love engaging with the public and bringing a brand to life. In this role, you'll be leading a team representing the brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.

Location: Exhibition Place - 100 Princes' Blvd, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3
Job Type: Contract / On-Call
Compensation: Starting at $26/hr

Schedule:

Nov 7th and 8th - 8:30am- 8:30pm

Nov 9th and 10th - 8:30am-6:30pm

Nov 11th-15th -8:30am-8:30pm

Nov 16th and 17th 8:30am-6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute TheraBreath mouthwash samples to event attendees
• Proactively approach consumers and deliver brand messaging in a confident and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked booth
• Assist the Team Lead with daily setup, cleanup, and shift support as needed
• Participate in mandatory training the week before the event

Qualifications:

• Must have access to a vehicle - occasional product pick up and drop off at our warehouse
• Previous Brand Ambassador, promo, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
• Must be available for the full event duration
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working outdoors
