Job Description 

The Senior Manager – Cloud & Digital Strategy will help the Cloud/Digital Strategy practice lead (PL) out

of Hyderabad/Bangalore. S/he will be responsible for supporting the PL in managing the relationships with MD’s and Partner’s for the Acceleration Center’s growth, strategic agenda, delivery of projects, staff engagement, capacity planning/management. S/he will build a culture of continuous improvement and will work closely with the business leaders and executive leadership team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Architect Manager to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Pega platform, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. As a Pega Architect Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of Pega applications, managing a team of developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Pega developers and architects in designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for Pega application development and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimal solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Architect complex Pega applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Evaluate new Pega features and technologies, making recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Pega platform, staying updated on latest trends and best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Pega development processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega application development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Pega platform, including case management, decisioning, and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other programming languages commonly used in Pega development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Good to have knowledge in multiple low code platforms
• Knowledge of Java/JEE platform is a good to have.
• Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.

Work location:

• Applicant should be willing to work from Hyderabad/Bengaluru (Bangalore) locations.
• Applicant should be willing to work in second shift (2pm – 11pm).
