Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the trading strategy to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and optimize media inventory utilization across owned, operated, and third-party channels.
  • Establish and manage rate cards, pricing strategies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Negotiate and manage trading agreements with advertisers, agencies, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key commercial partners to drive long-term collaboration and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the retail media offering through new partnerships or channels.
  • Lead the trading team in campaign delivery, ensuring execution aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine trading strategies.
  • Oversee inventory forecasting and management to balance supply and demand dynamics effectively.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing trading team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and data analytics teams to align on goals and strategies.
  • Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on trading performance and opportunities for innovation.
  • Analyze performance data to inform pricing, campaign strategy, and partner relationships.
  • Create and implement KPIs.
