  • Experience in internal games production in a AAA setting (or equivalent)

Responsibilities
  • Drive all production of maps for Marathon, ensuring that we ship great player experiences on time and within budget
  • Maintain a well understood pipeline and schedule for product area
  • Drive regular learnings and evaluation of in development content to measure and ensure player experience
  • Drive milestone goals and schedule for the Marathon map portfolio in conjunction with the wider Production Team and the game development timeline
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration and manage dependencies across disciplines, teams, and stakeholders
  • Iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility
  • Work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
  • Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures
