Requirements
  • 5+ years of Operations, Client Service or related business experience
  • Experience with State Street a plus
  • Interest and passion for an understanding of data and its connection to business concepts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities
  • Works closely with business SME’s and product owners to drive requirements for new reporting solutions
  • Create and drive project plans for tactical and strategic initiatives related to the reporting and consumption of resiliency conformance and risk data to our key stakeholders and customers
  • Execute monthly and quarterly deliverables as key component of existing reporting process and structure
  • Provide ad hoc insights into resiliency data, as needed
  • Participate in non-reporting related projects to broaden understanding of resilience concepts
  • Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate well with others
  • Maintain training documentation and SOP’s
  • Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management
  • Be self-motivated to learn, introduce new ideas, and teach others
