- Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst role preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
- Experience with Sales Engineering reporting and processes
- Analytical and process-oriented
- Experience with complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and an understanding of workflows
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Background with Sales Systems like Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Maps, Clearbit, UserGems, Sales Navigator, People.ai
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to provide suggested solutions
- Ability to think big and create systems, processes, and tools for Global Scale
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Support and enhance forecasting processes for Regional Sales Directors
- Develop and maintain sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Own operational workstream with direction from sales leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally and act as the SME for key issues
- Manage pipeline, weekly forecasting, QBRs, and operational projects
- Collect feedback from sales to improve Salesforce org
- Drive territory planning and account segmentation
- Provide sales operational training and support
- Maintain sales data integrity and manage Salesforce records
- Respond to adhoc support requests and champion the Sales Team
