Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in sports or event settings.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with tools such as ProVenue, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, and Conversica is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Group Hospitality sales efforts to maximize ticket, rental space, and food and beverage revenue across all event spaces throughout the season.
  • Execute a minimum of 50 sales activities daily, focusing on Group Hospitality while managing a smaller portfolio of group clients.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, CRM tools, marketing platforms, social selling, and customer referrals.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for Group Hospitality offerings.
  • Design and execute effective sales cadences and processes using tools like Outreach and Conversica.
  • Conduct weekly Hospitality Sales meetings with the Group Sales team to provide guidance and share best practices.
  • Produce regular reports to track and communicate progress for individual, team, and department-level goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Game Events and Services team and our catering partner, Aramark, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Host and conduct client and prospect visits during game days.
