  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technical enablement program design/development
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proven history of developing deep subject matter expertise on new products and technical concepts including APIs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience leading global projects and managing stakeholders
  • Experience designing technical enablement and developing content for technical certifications
  • Professional experience using e-learning software and/or LMS
Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a sales enablement vision for the Enterprise/Commercial segment
  • Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps and build programs to increase efficiency and impact
  • Establish scalable enablement processes for knowledge-sharing
  • Model, enable, and foster a coaching culture
  • Determine KPIs for enablement programs and manage performance goals
  • Partner with internal teams to build sales collateral, enablement content, and training
  • Become an expert on Vantage's products and services to develop training programs
  • Work with product and engineering teams to communicate product updates
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs for quality and effectiveness
