Naval Infrastructure Program Manager
The Opportunity:
Our growing global Naval infrastructure business needs an Infrastructure Program Manager with facilities and infrastructure management experience supporting the Department of Navy. Your subject matter expertise will help guide Naval infrastructure, facilities, and energy projects from concept through the facility lifecycle process. Your primary responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities and challenges, and supporting a team with vision and focus. The role requires a seasoned Naval infrastructure, facilities, or public works professional and manager to ensure our global Naval Infrastructure business continues to grow and achieve success by introducing innovative solutions to the Navy’s most pressing infrastructure challenges.
As the Lead Program Manager, you will design, implement, and maintain impactful infrastructure and facilities programs by guiding teams across a variety of projects in support of the Navy’s installation infrastructure efforts to achieve energy reliability, resilience, and efficiency. In addition, you will provide program management and technical support, oversee projects to identify and mitigate risks, and lead your team in achieving objectives, advancing client interests, and driving success.
As a leader in the Naval Infrastructure market, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and growing our facilities infrastructure business while supporting the Navy’s mission. You will apply expertise in problem solving, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, briefing leadership at multiple levels, short and long-term facility programs, and budget analysis. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience working with the Department of the Navy or NAVFAC public works, facilities, or energy programs
- Experience working with senior DoD or Navy officials to manage complex infrastructure programs and make challenging decisions
- Knowledge of Naval facilities management business and funding programs
- Ability to train, mentor, foster growth, and manage multiple teams for success
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with DoD and installation energy resilience policy and programs
- Knowledge of the Navy Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP), shipyard operations, operational logistics, and challenges
- Knowledge of DoD energy priorities and strategies, technologies, and acquisition authorities as well as energy markets and project funding requirements
- Knowledge of technology capabilities to benefit client investments
- Ability to align DoD and Navy Enterprise missions and goals with requirements, developing mission critical infrastructure solutions
- Ability to implement industry best practices and leverage programs, partnerships, and resources
- Master’s degree
- PE Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP), American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
