We’re looking for a Training Delivery Operations Intern to join our Zscaler Academy Training team. Reporting to the Manager, Platform Training Operations, you’ll be responsible for:

Reaching out to customers with outstanding training credits to share expiration dates and guide them on next steps to register for training.
Communicating effectively with customers to ensure they get the most value from their training credits and Zscaler resources.
Contributing to a strategic initiative to boost training participation and help more customers succeed with Zscaler’s solutions.
Gaining hands-on experience in customer communication, project management, and operations while learning from a supportive team.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Rising Sophomore or Junior actively pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, technology consulting, business management, or a related field.
Excellent written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
A motivated self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in customer service or communication roles.
Interest in training, education, or operations.
A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$25—$50 USD
