Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or closely related discipline required.
  • Five (5) plus years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of educational background and relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise certain operational components of the company’s renewable energy incentives programs in MA and CT.
  • Vendor oversight, customer/installer payment of incentives, and monitoring meter data collection, delivery, and billing processes.
  • Supervise staff and vendors responsible for incentive payment processing and other renewable energy credits.
  • Responsible for successful implementation of process improvements including those related to customer experience, incentive program process streamlining, and consumer education.
  • Oversee compliance to regulatory and applicable financial regulations.
  • Document detailed processes and procedures associated with incentive payment processing and renewable energy credits.
  • Work with Manager to develop and provide status reports to meet the needs of regulators and Eversource Management.
  • Supervise vendors associated with the Renewable Programs, including the Solar Incentive Servicing vendor and other vendors working solely for Eversource.
  • Serve as operations subject matter expert on distributed generation processes and resources.
  • Identify and implement criteria for quality control measures for all program activities.
  • Act on customer survey data including survey results and associated recommendations to improve customer satisfaction scores for Eversource.
  • Represent Eversource at statewide meetings attended by all distribution companies.
  • Work collaboratively with other internal Eversource departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage databases and tools to confirm eligibility, participation, appropriate rates and production meter reads.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree preferred.
