Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Google Tag Manager: setting up, managing, and troubleshooting (including using custom Javascript)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Google Analytics, including some hands-on experience with GA4
  • Proven experience in implementing tracking tags using GTM
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and data privacy regulations
  • Highly skilled at time-management, is detail oriented and has high standards for project delivery.
  • Self-starter with a passion and curiosity for solving unstructured data problems and ability to manipulate and optimize large data sets.
  • Process orientated, highly organized, excels at multitasking, strong documentation, coordination and project management skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills and an ability to convey technical concepts to less technical team members
  • Confidence to offer consultation to business partners and team members within Sales, Partner, Marketing Operations.
  • A familiarity working with AGILE/SCRUM process management.
  • B.A. in Marketing, Technology, or related field, or equivalent years of industry experience.
Responsibilities
  • Setup, manage, and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager
  • Implement tracking tags using GTM for various digital platforms
  • Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure optimal GTM performance
  • Provide regular updates and reports on GTM performance
  • Ensure that all GTM activities comply with data privacy regulations
  • Develop new solutions for complex tracking and tagging requirements based on changing business needs
  • Conducts Quality assurance of the implemented solutions
  • Ensure pixel and tag changes are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementations or releases.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
