Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Administer nursing interventions and treatments outlined in the care plan.
  • Observe and document patients' conditions and responses to treatments, and promptly report changes or concerns to the RN Case Manager or physician.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers regarding the plan of care, treatment procedures, and self-care techniques.
