Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience driving growth within a B2C performance marketing function
  • Background in digital marketing preferred, with emphasis on Facebook/Instagram
  • A passion for solving challenging business problems and love of new ideas
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to define, and measure impactful KPIs
  • A track record of leading large, cross-functional projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage an 8-figure digital marketing budget and 2 direct reports
  • Create a testing strategy that encompasses testing within existing channels and identifying and executing tests in new channels
  • Regularly coach your team to challenge channel norms and launch needle-moving creative tests
  • Launch new markets and new products using digital, playing a pivotal role in new service concepting and understanding customer resonance
  • Focus on creative messaging in your ads and the landing pages they drive to - buying a house is the biggest financial decision of a customer's life so developing creative and messaging that speaks to acknowledges that is crucial
  • Be accountable for setting and managing to ambitious KPIs and sharing learnings across cross-functional partners including our Sales and Product teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer funnel, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with product and sales to ideate, launch, and measure tests that maximize our customer growth
