About This Role
This role will be very demanding, with the goal of electrifying tens of thousands of buildings over the next three years and responsible for leading and driving the successful commercial execution of BlocPower’s national building electrification programs.
Because this role requires deep partnership with local communities, candidates must be a resident of the relevant region.
The Market Operations Team is BlocPower’s SWAT team, operating across product, business development, construction management, customer success and marcomm, to drive completed decarbonization projects in targeted and/or existing BlocPower markets.
Market Operations will deliver decarbonization projects and programs in markets across America, including managing:
Program and Market Performance: Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and optimizing revenue, efficiency, CAC, LTV, NPS, and other performance metrics in a given market
The Development of Community Advisory Boards, Contractor networks, Manufacturing and distribution partnerships, in market Program structure.
The market operations team will:
Support program personnel and in-market personnel across America
Provide triage support/fill in whatever roles are necessary to achieve success in a market and or program, across America
Oversee enterprise in-market programs and contracted deliverables across America
Engage with growth, product, sales, marketing, construction departments to coordinate actions and ensure success in programs and markets
Develop custom growth initiatives in-market
The role requires 7-15 years of work experience in operations, and /or market expansion, or logistics, or account management, or customer success.
