Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • NetSuite Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are a plus.
  • Experience with system integrations (e.g., Boomi, ZIP HQ, HiBob) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in accounting and finance.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom solutions including scripts, workflows, searches, and reports in NetSuite to meet business requirements with a focus on optimizing accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Accounting and FP&A teams to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions and implement enhancements to NetSuite modules related to invoicing, billing, revenue recognition and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite workflows, forms, fields and records to streamline accounting workflows and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users for NetSuite related issues.
  • Ensure Flipp stays updated with NetSuite releases, features and best practices, and leverage new functionalities to enhance accounting processes and system efficiency.
  • Execute on intra-month and month-end support tasks (i.e. Dataflows to import and transform raw data into process related journals) to assist the Accounting team in closing core processes that are integrated / reliant upon additional source systems including Flipp’s ad technology stack and CRM systems.
  • Implement data access and security controls to support regular system audits and access review controls as well as maintain pristine data integrity and security within the NetSuite system.
  • Develop and maintain SOP documentation related to technical specifications, system configuration, processes, procedures, and integrations.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training programs as required to support end-users in achieving proficiency in utilizing NetSuite.
  • Serve as a key project member and collaborator on cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow of information.
  • Assist and maintain the integration of other automation tools, systems and processes with NetSuite (i.e. ZIP HQ, HRIS; Ceridian).
  • Support Flipp’s strategic transformation agenda on additional adhoc projects as required to support innovation in scaling and automation across key business processes.
  • Support Flipp’s M&A agenda with: Analysis of target company ERP and related systems. Upon acquisition, serve as NetSuite lead to build project plans and required configurations to set up new companies, structures and consolidation workflows and reporting in NetSuite. Ensure seamless data migration and integration processes during company acquisitions or expansions.
