Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of key enterprise and corporate applications, ensuring they function optimally and align with business needs.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors and key stakeholders across departments to support, troubleshoot, and enhance applications.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new applications and major updates, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure seamless integration of applications within the company’s tech ecosystem, optimizing workflows and data accessibility.
  • Develop and implement the information systems strategy to support the company’s long-term business goals.
  • Lead business solutions architecture in line with business goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational priorities and ensure cross-functional support.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet both operational and strategic priorities
  • Oversee Business Applications teams to ensure high performance, reliability, scalability, and security of all systems and applications.
  • Drive continuous improvement operational processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Promote a culture of data literacy and empower teams to leverage data as a strategic asset.
  • Mentor and develop talent, providing opportunities for skill growth and career advancement
