Requirements
  • Expertise and experience in designing, developing, implementing, communicating, administering and evaluating human resources programs, with emphasis in compensation and classification in large (i.e., over 4,000 employees) geographically dispersed organizations with a technical, multi-faceted mission of national scope.

  • Design, develop, implement, communicate, administer and evaluate human resources programs, with emphasis in compensation and classification in large organizations as part of the project team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative private and public sector compensation and pay for performance programs, and/or expertise in a unionized environment.
  • Experience in job analysis and evaluation, with expertise in making accurate Fair Labor Standards Act exemption determinations, and demonstrated ability to defend those decisions to employees, management, and outside parties.
  • Knowledge of existing laws and regulations pertaining to federal compensation, classification, performance, and recognition programs, and to federal financial regulatory agencies.
  • Plans, supports, advises, and provides expertise in complex and critical efforts which include specific functional, technical, scientific areas (chemistry / biology/food safety) professional, policies, enterprise application architecture, design review, technical mentorship, and industry specific knowledge of the project. Key responsibilities include investigating or identifying business, technology, engineering, operational conducting analysis of these issues; and providing advice in support of major programs/projects. For example, FDA may need expertise in the following: OPA, Tableau, Appian, Oracle Suite, SalesForce.
