ABOUT LIVERAMP’S ACTIVATIONS & ADDRESSABILITY TEAM
LiveRamp’s Activations & Addressability team is responsible for ensuring that brands can connect their 1p, 2p, and 3p data to consumer experiences. The team works across media companies, adtech platforms, social platforms, and martech platforms to connect publisher inventory through the Authenticated Traffic Solution (ATS), integrate with platforms to receive and leverage data on LiveRamp’s identifiers - RampID and Abilitec, enable markets to connect with their audiences on social platforms, and build partnerships that advance LiveRamp’s strategic ecosystem goals.
ABOUT THIS JOB
In this role, you will drive the success of our MarTech Platform integrations - including call centers, email service providers, and eCommerce. You’ll manage a BD team that is responsible for developing our pitch for these companies, selling them, contracting, working with our implementation team to deploy our solution, and then nurturing the partnership to make it a success. You’ll provide feedback to our product and parallel Activations & Addressability BD teams and help drive LiveRamp’s Activations & Addressability strategy.
You’ll work closely with multiple LiveRamp stakeholders to ensure we’re able to rapidly onboard MarTech partners to use our integration services and oversee key relationships with ecosystem partners. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to quickly understand a platforms role in the ecosystem and how we can together build a sustainable business.You’ll be able to help us quickly identify which partnerships to prioritize.
MarTech Platform Strategy
- Platform Integrations – Your first priority will be working to develop integrations across call centers, email service providers (ESPs), and eCommerce. You’ll work with our product and product marketing teams to find the right product market fit.
- MarTech Account and Pipeline Management- you’ll oversee the MarTech BD team and ensure that we’re maintaining strategic relationships with our partners and looking to meet their evolving needs.
- MarTech Strategy - you’ll work closely with the Activations & Addressability leadership team and our product and commercial teams to develop and iterate on our MarTech strategy.
- Industry and Ecosystem Leadership - You’ll develop and maintain robust relationships with the largest partners in the industry. You’ll be seen as the expert in connecting data across the MarTech ecosystem.
BACKGROUND AND REQUIREMENTS
- Hustle - most important to this role is the ability to get a job done regardless of obstacles. Developing robust MarTech integrations is critical to LiveRamp’s strategy and failure is not an option. You’ll manage a team of rockstars and ensure the success of our Activations strategy.
- Excellent sales management skills - must be able to track pipeline and manage a BD team and ensure platform adoption quotas are met.
- Remarkably strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial. You should be able to quickly identify and triage opportunities and should be able to take an initiative from idea to finished product/partnership.
- AdTech/MarTech background is required - you should be well known in the industry and have strong platform connections.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally at the executive level.
- Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship - you’re ready to tackle the role from day 1.
- Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).
