  • Hustle - most important to this role is the ability to get a job done regardless of obstacles. Developing robust MarTech integrations is critical to LiveRamp's strategy and failure is not an option. You'll manage a team of rockstars and ensure the success of our Activations strategy
  • Excellent sales management skills - must be able to track pipeline and manage a BD team and ensure platform adoption quotas are met
  • Remarkably strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial. You should be able to quickly identify and triage opportunities and should be able to take an initiative from idea to finished product/partnership
  • AdTech/MarTech background is required - you should be well known in the industry and have strong platform connections
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally at the executive level
  • Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship - you're ready to tackle the role from day 1
  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)
  • Willingness to travel
