  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering technology, industrial management, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with common industry specific tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Produce repeatable quality quotations, which include pricing of all customer requirements such as labor, documentation, CAD, manuals and certification.
  • Ensure that all correct documentation is provided with customers quotations.
  • Adhere to Xylem pricing and commercial policies.
  • Communicate with the technical teams to ensure that correct parts are being identified for customers.
  • Communicate with sales groups, project managers and customers as and when required if there are any delays to the quote or the customer has any questions.
  • Work closely with the procurement department, engaging with 3rd party suppliers to obtain the best prices.
