  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school
  • Must be eligible for school credit
  • A degree in Sports/Event Management is preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older with junior standing or above
  • Must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation

  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Responsibilities
  • Develop a client-centric mentality
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM platform
  • Understand ethics, compliance, and business conduct
  • Shadow and assist at client events
  • Troubleshoot network and hardware issues
  • Manage technology assets and customer contacts
  • Install and upgrade software, network, and hardware for client sites
  • Understand client needs and develop presentation skills
  • Learn operational and metric tracking techniques
  • Develop planning and organizational skills
  • Enhance computer skills and technology knowledge
  • Develop team-based work competencies
  • Assist with venue access control at major events
