Requirements
  • General knowledge of maintenance activities
  • High level computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new programs
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the service team and Site Management to support tasks such as Planned Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Allocation, Tracking, Reporting and Escalating
  • Timesheet review and reporting and service Purchase Order management
  • Complete the maintenance coordination / allocation of tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts ensuring the successful and complete lifecycle of tasks within the Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Ensure the quality of the data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance, keeping records updated
  • Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and client service desk and updating tasks as required
  • Closing out work orders, enter close off number and perform necessary checks to move Purchase Order to Approved by Team Leader status
  • Liaising with technicians day-to-day to ensure Service Level Agreement performance is to Key Performance Indicators
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Support the Finance and Accounts Team

  • Desirable - Training in an Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and environmental related discipline
