Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
  • Ability to read and interpret product drawings, specifications, and visual work instructions
  • Skilled in using microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and comparators
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small parts inspection
  • Knowledge of inspection and test techniques, GMPs, and ISO 13485 standards
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical and visual inspections using specialized tools such as microscopes, comparators, calipers, and micrometers
  • Validate and implement receiving inspection processes for components and products
  • Accurately document inspection results in accordance with company procedures
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain inspection records in the inventory management system
  • Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformances with precision detail
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve inspection-related issues
  • Follow all safety and quality standards during inspection activities
Desired Qualifications
  • Training or certification in quality inspection
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing
  • Familiarity with automated measurement equipment and inventory management systems
  • Work conditions include ability to work up to 10 hours per day and overtime as needed, including weekends
