- at least 3 years AutoCAD Residential drafting experience working in a firm
- working knowledge of the Florida Building Code Residential
- fair knowledge of standard residential building practices
- strong general computer knowledge including basic programs like Excel, Word, etc.
- some experience drawing details, sections, structural plans (foundation, lintel, etc.)
- a strong work ethic
