Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of a high-quality summer program for children ages 6-12.
  • Oversee backup care programs for children ages 0-5 and school-age children.
  • Foster and promote an inclusive environment throughout all aspects of the camp.
  • Develop relationships and maintain ongoing communication with parents and families.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of teachers.
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate spring and summer camp operations, team leadership, compliance, programming, health and safety practices, and facilities planning.
