Job Title: Client Delivery Manager II
SUMMARY
Responsible for high-level relationship management and service delivery for multiple products for one or more assigned clients that are strategic to Dark Matter’s Revenue division. Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison with the responsibility for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, the overall management of the client relationship, and the delivery of the Dark Matter solution. Oversees and leads teams in the delivery of continuous and effective solutions and identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison during delivery of implemented solutions regardless of the client’s geographic location
- Maintains contact with client at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship and creating/achieving the client plan
- Represents the enterprise to the client and the client to the enterprise
- Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel on Dark Matter products and/or services
- Oversees the delivery of continuous and effective services, and ensures project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements
- Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implements the change, and measures the level of improvement
- Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Requires 10+ years of client delivery, service delivery, or client management experience
- Requires 2+ years of leadership experience
- Mortgage industry expertise
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree
- Knowledge of Dark Matter’s products, services, and capabilities
- Successful track record of client relationship management, service delivery, and/or the sales of technology products and services
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills that ensure contract renewals, history of product and revenue growth, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client
- Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $132,000.00 - $198,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
