- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility questions, and life event changes in a professional and timely manner
- Process new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit updates within the HRIS platform
- Maintain accurate employee benefits records, databases, and files
- Review benefit data updates, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve reporting or system errors
- Verify and reconcile monthly insurance premium billing statements and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve administrative issues
- Generate reports for benefit billing allocation and internal tracking purposes
- Administer COBRA processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Coordinate employee meetings, presentations, and communications related to benefits and wellness programs
- Ensure timely distribution of required employee notices and compliance documentation
- Support the Benefits Supervisor with reporting requirements, audits, and ongoing benefits initiatives
- Perform additional HR and benefits-related duties as assigned
- Paycom experience preferred
